PYP Connect 2026 - Singapore

This is another stepping stone for me, attending PYP connect in Singapore. It was my dream, gather with teachers from across the globe, even though this is mini gathering, but I sit together in one room with teacher from UK, Aussie, Japan, India, Singapore,Malaysia. This is beautiful, teacher is a job that you can find in all countries in this earth. they exist. They care for the students.The are good communicator, they are inspiring, they are creative.They did wonderful job even sometimes or many times system did not treat them better. Becoming teacher in International school, International environment is one of my dream and I am living in my dream now. So what, after this? What should I do ya Rabb? Do your best as much as you can for the sake of Allah when I educate young learnign, be responsible, and professional with my work.

I am still looking for the day when I resign to be full time teacher to be Teacher-Researcher. I am looking forward this day. Praktisi sekaligus akademisi. The issue about student suicide because do not have school supply, the drama that my students have with their classmate, the eating disorder problem, mental ilness, I want to explore more the SEL for young learner. I want to teach with heart, with discipline, with a good bonding, human relationship. Ya Allah please helpme to finish my proposal and apply UKRI scholarship in UK or Europe, please allow me to reunite with my old friends. ( .... )

Go back to workshop we have mini sharing session with different topics for example, thinkng skills, driven inquiry learning concept, lego, mandarin class, AI with learning, We visited Eton house. during PYP connect. I should write report about this. God please help me how to write it.

Buku yang aku beli bulan Mei lalu, akhirnya selesai kubaca di akhir Juni ini. Aku memutuskan membeli buku ini setelah melihat beberapa review di sosial media, bahkan ada selebriti muda perempuan Indonesia yang juga sekaligus awardee LPDP mengulas buku ini dan merekomendasikannya untuk dibaca. Selain alasan ini, aku masih punya alasan lain kenapa membeli buku ini yaitu karena tokoh cerita Nora Seed mengalami depresi dan melakukan bunuh diri. DEPRESI, aku kira pada usia 30 an kita sudah menjadi lebih stabil secara emosional, namun tetap saja banyak orang yang masih mengalami krisis kehidupan di usia ini. Aku merasa mengerti dengan apa yang dialami oleh Nora. Melihat bagaimana Nora, berpetualangan di buku yang berbeda di perpustakaan tengah malam saat kondisi kritisnya, aku menyadari sesuatu bahwa sepertinya kita tak akan pernah benar-benar stabil dalam setiap fase kehidupan, karena dari sunnatullah kehidupan, hukum alam adalah terus bergerak dan dinamis. Picnic: A Little Joy with a Blanket and a View

 I just knew it! like just now  that the word picnic actually comes from French. Pique-nique. It sounds fancy, doesn’t it? Turns out, back in the 17th century, people in France who are mostly the upper class, used this word to describe a gathering where everyone brought food and drinks and shared it outdoors. Let me share with you, one of popular painting about picnic in France. For Your Information, I discussed about this painting with my beloved grade 4 students last semester. A Sunday on La Grande Jatte" is a painting by Georges Seurat,  famous for its use of pointillism,  also known as chromo-luminarism. Refleksi Buku Rindu - Tere Liye

Aku sudah lama kepikiran untuk membeli buku ini, namun maju mundur karena tergoda oleh buku lainnya. Tetapi akhirnya liburan kemaren, aku memantapkan hati untuk membelinya karena bahan bacaanku mulai habis. Light Reading for holiday, I think it's fine. Ketika melihat novel rindu, aku lansung bertanya? Siapa yang rindu pada siapa? Apa yang terjadi? Kenapa covernya gambar kapal uap dan lautan biru yang luas? Perpisahan? Wuah , sepertinya kini akan jadi novel yang sedih. Aku sengaja untuk tidak melihat review dan spoiler tentang buku ini. Aku membiarkan diriku penasaran. Karena disitulan letak pengalaman membaca, berinteraksi dengan buku, berdialog dengan pikiran sediri, dan berimajinasi. Saat membaca lembar pertama, aku terkejut, ternyata buku ini mengangkat kisah dengan setting tahun 1938 dengan tempat kejadian yang paling dominan yang menjadi latar cerita adalah kapal haji yaitu kapal uap Blitar Holland milik perusahaan Belanda.
